How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Loadsdirectors Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Loadsdirectors Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing. The usual first step is to bring it up with the provider yourself. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Please know that Loadsdirectors Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@loadsdirectors.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually happens within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
