Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use loadsdirectors.garden and the services offered through it by Loadsdirectors Septic. When you use this website, call the phone number on it, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Loadsdirectors Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content on this website is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. When it applies, also check with your insurer and your local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call the number on this website or send a form, you agree that we and the provider you are matched with may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@loadsdirectors.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this website belong to Loadsdirectors Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.
